Product Price And Payment

  • The product price is quoted on our website at the time you order
  • For European Customers, following the Brexit transition, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if there are any applicable charges prior to buying
  • The credit cards we accept are listed on our Website when you place your order
  • Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your credit card used for your order


Order Delivery

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders
  • We will arrange timely dispatch of your order usually the same day, however, sometimes the delivery time is beyond our control
  • If you do not take delivery of the order or supply the correct address, we may cancel and retain your order. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges
  • If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 30 days after the order date, we will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this


Returns and Refunds

  • If you believe your Stays-Hard device is not functioning properly please contact us at info@stays-hard.com we typically find a few teaks to sizing or fitting can help considerably improve device performance
  • If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because of defect or damage you must do so within 30 days of receipt we will issue a refund of the product cost and normal postage paid. or replace your order if requested
  • If you cancel your order within 7 days of your order receipt, then you must return the products to us at the address mentioned below. The products should be returned in an unopened and reasonable condition
  • We can only accept the return of opened products if they are faulty
  • You can not cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products, however, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected
